Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jobvet Services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Jabi, Abuja.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of NGN 250,000 - NGN 350,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and service are maintained;
  • Training and supervising staff to provide excellent customer service;
  • Monitoring inventory and managing stock levels;
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field;
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
