Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at TollyClassic Delivery. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing variances between actual and projected financial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and projected financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Cost Tracking: Monitor and allocate costs related to logistics operations, such as transportation, warehousing, and distribution expenses.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Requirements
  • BSc. in Accounting, Banking, and Finance or Related Fields: A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: At least two years of practical experience in accounting is necessary.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is NGN 1,200,000 - 1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings.
