Power Control Technician

EKO MAINTENANCE is seeking a skilled Power Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of power control, lighting systems, panels, and other electrical components.

Responsibilities:
  1. System Inspection: Regularly inspect electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  2. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using technical knowledge and documentation.
  3. Equipment Testing: Conduct thorough testing of electrical equipment, including kitchen and laundry appliances.
  4. Component Replacement: Replace damaged or faulty electrical components, such as switches, resistors, and circuit-breaker panels.
  5. Maintenance and Repair: Clean and maintain pumps and fan motors, as well as inspect and maintain smoke detectors and fire alarm systems.
Requirements:
  • A relevant OND/HND qualification or equivalent Trade Test certification in Electrical.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work extended hours.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision work.
  • Independence in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
