**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shagrify ideas limited.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, utilizing their expertise to streamline processes and enhance office efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee financial administration, including processing invoices and expense reports.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
**Requirements:**
