Job Description

As a Building Project Lead, you will be responsible for controlling the project from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design. You will work closely with clients to determine their requirements for building projects and develop initial estimates on structure costs, building time, and special requirements.

  • Develop detailed drawings showing the appearance and interior structure of a building project
  • Direct staff in the development of project drawings, studies, and budgets
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or any related course
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience as an architect with a specialty on high-rise buildings
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD and other computer-aided programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
