Educational Caregiver

Xpedient Services is seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the academic and personal growth of our clients' children.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in child development and education, who can create a structured and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.

• Assist children with their academic work, including homework, projects, and exam preparation.
• Develop and implement effective time management strategies to ensure children stay on top of their schoolwork and extracurricular activities.
• Manage the family's schedule, ensuring all appointments and important dates are accounted for.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to set academic goals and monitor progress.
• Create a daily routine that promotes discipline, focus, and productivity.
• Accompany children to extracurricular activities and educational outings.
• Promote a positive learning environment that encourages good manners, discipline, and social skills.
• Provide individualized support to children based on their strengths and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably as a Child Development Specialist, Teacher, or Private Tutor.
• A deep understanding of child development theories and educational methods.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• A degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
