Data Entry Clerk

OBOR LOGISTICS NIGERIA LIMITED seeks a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and managing shipment details, customer information, inventory data, and other relevant logistics information into our database. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data inputting: Accurately capture and enter shipment details, customer information, and inventory data into our database.
• Data verification and validation: Verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure integrity and quality.
• Data maintenance and updates: Regularly update and maintain accurate records of shipments, customers, and inventory.
• Reporting and analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• File management: Organize and manage large volumes of data and files in a secure and efficient manner.
• Compliance with regulations: Ensure all data entry activities comply with established procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data.
