Job Summary

The PEM Security Guard Network is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Security Supervisor. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of security guards.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Identify and hire qualified candidates to join our security team.
  • Vetting and Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks on potential recruits to ensure their suitability for the role.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to newly hired guards to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Deployment: Ensure that guards are deployed to areas where they are most needed, while also considering the safety and well-being of both the guards and the public.
  • Supervision: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of guards, providing feedback and coaching as needed to improve their skills and job satisfaction.
  • Sourcing: Continuously source new talent to maintain a diverse and skilled security team.
  • Company Image Protection: Take ownership of protecting the company's image by maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with management, colleagues, and external stakeholders to promote a harmonious work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guard performance, training, and other relevant data to inform decision-making.
  • Basic Requirements: Ensure that all recruited guards meet the basic requirements for deployment, including any necessary certifications or training.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
