Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and deployment of security guards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, vet, and background check potential security guards.
  2. Train security guards to ensure they meet our high standards.
  3. Deploy security guards to client sites.
  4. Supervise security guards to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
  5. Sources potential security guards and ensures they have the necessary qualifications and skills.
  6. Maintains a harmonious relationship with clients while protecting their image.
  7. Liaises with management to provide regular feedback and contribute to the growth of the company.
  8. Keeps records of security guards' performance and qualifications.
  9. Evaluates the suitability of security guards for deployment based on their qualifications and skills.
  10. Ensures all security guards have the approval of the HR department before deployment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in security management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
