Job Description
The HR Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process, from initial contact to closure. They will work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate quality leads and collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process, from initial contact to closure.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate quality leads.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular performance updates to management.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 2-3yrs experience preferably B2B Sales,
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A strong understanding of HR processes and challenges is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales enablement platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
