The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop business cases for IT projects.
2. Technical Specifications: Develop technical specifications and requirements documents for IT projects.
3. Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technology solutions that meet business needs.
4. Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Summary
Our client a leading business intelligence and e-business solutions development company with her headoffice in Abuja is seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence and Research Analyst to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business intelligence tool development
2. Data analysis and interpretation
3. Research market analysis
4. Reporting and visualization
5. Insight generation and recommendation
6. Data quality assurance
7. Process improvement

Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, research, or data analysis
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
4. Working knowledge of SDCL (Agile, Waterfall) methodology
5. Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen skills

Added advantage:
1.Certifications in business intelligence or data analysis
2. Programming skills (Python, R, Java)
3. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
