About the Job:

  • The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies to enhance employee productivity and engagement
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure diversity and inclusion
  • Support current and future business needs through effective human capital development and preservation
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure fairness and competitiveness
  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analysis
  • Evaluate and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent degree in any relevant Social Science
  • Cognate experience not less than 3 years in Human Resources or similar roles
  • Strong business acumen, communication, consultation, critical evaluation, global and cultural awareness, HR expertise, leadership and navigation, relationship management, and ethical practice competencies
