Responsibilities of an HR Advisor:

Key responsibilities of this role include providing expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, and workplace policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing HR Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job description review, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.

 

Responsibilities of an HR Administrator:

Key responsibilities of this role include maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, processing payroll, and handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

 

  • Maintaining Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history.
  • Processing Payroll: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including coordinating new hire paperwork and exit interviews.

 

Note: Not less than 4 years of working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
