About the Role

FESTAN FOODS is seeking a skilled Deep Frying Specialist to join our team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for operating deep fryers to cook various food items, including french fries, chicken, and onion rings.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the proper temperature of the fryer to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and evenly.
  • Ensure the quality of fried food by monitoring cooking times and checking for doneness.
  • Clean and maintain the fryer and surrounding equipment to prevent food contamination and ensure proper functioning.
  • Adhere to safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
