Our salary package is competitive and based on experience: $1 Million Naira (open to negotiation).
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Human Resources Strategist/ Head of Human Capital and Development to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring that our employees have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the achievement of our vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and implement HR strategies that promote the achievement of our business goals
* Develop and manage annual budgets for HR programs in line with our business strategy
* Create and implement effective HR procedures and policies in all areas to reflect our business aims
* Implement all HR initiatives in line with our strategic and business objectives
* Support corporate strategy formulation by identifying key HR issues and contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to guide strategic thinking and direction within the business
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience (including demonstrable experience heading a team or department)
* Proven track record in developing and delivering a people-centric strategy in a senior HR role
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and modern HR practices
* Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
* Strong ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Experience of leading the successful implementation of HR change projects across a broad scope
* CIPM qualified or equivalent
* First degree in social sciences, humanities, business administration, or any relevant discipline
* MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
