Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, bookings, and after-sales support.
  • Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, tour packages, and visa requirements.
  • Handle flight, hotel, tour, and car rental bookings using GDS systems.
  • Manage client profiles and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with operations and ticketing teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in the travel and tour industry.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, and visa procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
