Job Overview

At Signa Medicals Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular and complex clinical lab tests in various areas, including microbiology, chemistry, hematology, cytology, and histology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and analyzing patient samples to produce accurate results
  • Examining and analyzing blood, body fluids, tissues, and cells
  • Preparing and submitting requisite lab reports
Quality Assurance and Control

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and control in our laboratory. As a Clinical Laboratory Research Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure adherence to quality control guidelines.

  • Establishing quality assurance programs to monitor and ensure the accuracy of test results
  • Relaying test results to physicians
  • Evaluating test results for accuracy
Laboratory Operations

You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining clinical instruments in good condition, using complex computer systems for data entry, retrieval, and analysis, and properly utilizing high-precision lab equipment to ensure proper and accurate results within expected turnaround times.

Leadership and Teamwork

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also oversee the work of other lab staff, including lab technicians and assistants. You will be responsible for ordering and accounting for lab inventory and supplies, ensuring that the lab has all necessary materials needed for investigations.
