Job Title: Sales Executive for ODEAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Smile360 Dental Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to promote and sell our range of dental products and equipment to dentists, dental clinics, and dental laboratories across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the dental industry to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
  • Sales Strategies and Target Achievement: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and increase revenue, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling to expand our customer base and grow our market presence.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to customers to ensure they are fully informed and satisfied with our products.
  • Market Trends and Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure our products remain competitive and meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product improvements and promotions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our company products, building relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical or Natural Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2 – 5 years' work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
