Job Description:

As a key member of the GTI Group team, you will be responsible for ensuring that loan portfolios are maintained at optimal levels by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. Your primary objective will be to recover assets and resolve issues with non-performing loans through effective communication and negotiation with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of credit files to identify areas of concern and develop strategies for resolution
  • Follow up with major debtors to prevent defaults and ensure timely loan repayments
  • Collaborate with the legal department to repossess or recover assets from defaulting clients
  • Monitor loan portfolios to detect early warning signs of potential problems
  • Develop and implement remedial action plans to mitigate risks and prevent losses

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-7 years of experience in a similar position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
