Job Summary

A seasoned professional with 6–8 years of experience in real estate business development and client relations is required to join BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for securing new property sales, lease, and management briefs, developing strategies for client satisfaction, and maintaining a robust client and tenant database.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market. They will be expected to work closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop and disseminate marketing collaterals to prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Growth: Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business. Acquire new Valuation & Advisory and Research briefs for the company.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Manage and build a comprehensive client and tenant database.
  • Revenue & Performance Management: Handle service charge and rent recovery processes efficiently. Prepare and present regular client reports to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • First degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in real estate business development and client relations (preferably in a real estate firm).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • CMS knowledge and experience.
