Pinnah Foods Ltd is looking for a Compliance Program Lead to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs that ensure organizational processes meet regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement compliance programs
  2. Conduct risk assessments and perform audits
  3. Identify process improvements and maintain adherence to financial, operational, and compliance standards
  4. Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for risk management and compliance

The Compliance Program Lead will work closely with the Head, Enterprise Risk & Compliance, to ensure effective implementation of compliance programs and maintain stakeholder trust. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage the team effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or internal control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
