Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and providing strategic guidance on human resources management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting and human resources management, with a proven track record of success in driving organizational growth and development. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives, including providing expert advice on HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, along with professional certification in HR. At least 5 years of experience in HR consulting and human resources management is also necessary. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations is required, as well as experience in managing sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
