Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to provide first level off-site technical support for all ipNX services, including Voice, Data connectivity, Internet services, and WiMAX services. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently providing a high level of excellent customer service and support ensuring customer satisfaction.
