We are seeking an exceptional Property Law Specialist to join our team at Zylus Group International. In this critical role, you will play a key part in shaping our property law strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advising stakeholders on property-related matters, including acquisitions, leasing, and sales.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Managing disputes and litigation, working closely with external counsel as needed.
  • Staying informed about changes in property laws and regulations.

As a successful Property Law Specialist, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria. At least 3 years of experience in legal practice after call to bar, preferably in real estate or property law, is also essential.
