Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Operation Officer who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in financial operations or a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Agency Payments
  2. Perform Financial Audits
  3. Assist with Month-End and Year-End Financial Closing Activities
  4. Prepare Regular Financial Reports and Statements
  5. Handle Tax Filing and Optimize Tax Planning Strategies
  6. Perform Weekly Payment and Receipt Confirmations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office, Especially Excel
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Standards
