Job Summary
CareOne Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee all aspects of financial management for our healthcare facilities. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the organization's healthcare objectives and the Nigerian healthcare landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's healthcare objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and risk management systems tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in healthcare finance management.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management on issues such as service pricing, capital investments in medical equipment, and expansion plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and healthcare regulations.
