We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales and marketing teams, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and explore new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company's market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and overall departmental KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and offerings.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the real estate space.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
