  • Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and risk management systems tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in healthcare finance management.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management on issues such as service pricing, capital investments in medical equipment, and expansion plans.
