We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Vendor Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular communication with the Vice President of Sales regarding project status and potential performance impact.
• Identifying and contacting potential vendors to ensure alignment of interests.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase vendor partnerships.
• Ensuring seamless technology integration in vendor operations and facilitating regular training sessions.
• Negotiating favorable terms with vendors.
• Overseeing quality assurance, KYC protocols, and other essential documentation.
• Updating vendor information and promoting long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing, sales, procurement, or operations roles.
• Bonus points if you can speak Hausa.
