Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Growth and User Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will develop and execute growth strategies, drive user acquisition, leverage data for insights, boost retention and engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and impactful content
- Build strategic partnerships with vendors, agents, and influencers to expand Whoosh NG's presence
- Analyze acquisition funnels to identify and implement improvements

Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Creative thinking to develop compelling campaigns and strategies
