
Sales Growth Strategist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our community sales efforts in the renewable energy sector. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with local communities, expanding brand reach, and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience in community-based sales in industries such as renewable energy, FMCG, telecommunications, fintech, or microfinance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate local markets and drive product adoption.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales agents or distributors within the community to maximize sales performance.
- Organize community events, activations, and campaigns to educate potential customers and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and track sales performance to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Build relationships with local leaders, associations, and influencers to strengthen market penetration and expand our customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community sales within renewable energy, FMCG, telecoms, fintech, or microfinance.
- Strong networking and people skills with a deep understanding of grassroots sales dynamics.
