Job Overview:
Lumos Nigeria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Director to lead our sales team in the state. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy and ensuring that our business targets are achieved. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about sales and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate state sales activities and ensure synergy with other activities within and outside the department
• Implement sales goals and communicate them to Territory managers and LCP
• Prepare sales reports and submit them to VP Community business
• Follow-up the sales figures against the set sales target on daily and monthly bases; provide recommendations for necessary actions
• Conduct state sales promotion activities within the assigned budget

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in management or related Social Sciences
• Fluent in English
• Master's in business administration would be an additional qualification
• 8 to 10 years of varied experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 4 years at middle management level in supervising/managing others
• Relevant experience in Telecom or FMCG industry is desirable
