Document Control Specialist

As a key member of our team at Ascentech Services Limited, the Data Entry Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.
Responsibilities- Gather and collect invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
- Scan through information to identify pertinent details and correct errors.
- Organize the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, including creating accurate spreadsheets.
- Enter and update information into relevant databases while ensuring data is backed up securely.
- Inform relevant parties regarding any errors encountered during the data collection process.
- Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required by the organization.
- A minimum of two years' hands-on experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable, particularly if certified.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
