Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and selecting the right talent for the organization. They will also be involved in employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, document and record management, health and safety compliance, and data entry and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience with data entry and record-keeping systems.
