Job Role Overview

DRUMSFIELD INVESTMENT LTD seeks an experienced Accountant/Admin to manage its financial affairs and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management
* Manage financial records and prepare financial statements
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Provide financial reports to management

2. Administrative Support
* Oversee day-to-day office operations
* Manage company correspondence and files
* Coordinate meetings and appointments
* Assist in procurement and inventory management

Required Qualifications
1. Educational Qualification:
* OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Experience:
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
3. Skills:
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho book, QuickBooks, Sage, Wave or similar)
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation and Benefits
• Base Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Other Benefits: Health insurance and performance-based bonuses
