Job Summary

The Accountant/Admin will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of DRUMSFIELD INVESTMENT LTD, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities
1. Financial Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Process payroll and ensure timely payment of staff salaries
* Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with government regulations
* Monitor budgets and provide financial reports to management
* Conduct periodic audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

2. Administrative Duties
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow
* Manage company correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
* Assist in procurement and inventory management
* Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements
1. Educational Qualification:
* OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Experience:
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
* Experience in the agriculture or real estate sector is a plus
3. Skills:
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho book, QuickBooks, Sage, Wave or similar)
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Benefits
• Base Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
