We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Officer to join our team at 21st CENTURY RECRUITER. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional leadership skills, have a keen understanding of HR strategies, and can drive business growth through effective talent management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Management: Develop and implement processes to attract, retain, and engage top talent within the organization.
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our dynamic team.
- Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and fosters a culture of excellence.
- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and provide strategic HR support to management.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
