Senior Financial Analyst

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets, and performing general accounting duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Collaborating with the audit team to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Providing financial guidance and support to non-finance teams.

**Requirements:**

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Qualifications: Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.
