**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Safety Policy Development: Develop and enforce health and safety policies in line with legal regulations.
  2. Risk Management: Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments, implement control measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  3. Inspection and Audit: Carry out routine workplace inspections to identify hazards, ensure all equipment and machinery meet safety standards.
  4. Employee Training: Organize health and safety training sessions for employees, promote safety awareness through workshops, posters, and safety drills.
  5. Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, implement waste management and pollution control strategies.
