**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  1. Develop and Enforce Safety Policies: Develop and enforce health and safety policies in line with legal regulations.
  2. Conduct Workplace Inspections: Carry out routine workplace inspections to identify hazards, ensure all equipment and machinery meet safety standards.
  3. Provide Employee Training: Organize health and safety training sessions for employees, promote safety awareness through workshops, posters, and safety drills.
  4. Investigate Incidents: Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Ensure Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, implement waste management and pollution control strategies.
