Elukaz Travel and Tours Limited is seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients.

You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing personalized travel recommendations and booking travel arrangements.

Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all clients receive a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide personalized travel recommendations
• Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and promotions

Requirements

What We Offer
