Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced travel consultant to join our team at Elukaz Travel and Tours Limited.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, providing travel information and recommendations, and booking and managing travel arrangements.

You will also be responsible for resolving client complaints and issues promptly, processing travel documents, and marketing travel services and packages. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records and databases, stay updated on travel industry trends and promotions, and collaborate with other departments.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry. You must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and meeting sales targets.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
