Key Responsibilities:- Manage expenses related to fuel and maintenance, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements, providing actionable insights to management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling informed decision-making.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial accountability and compliance with industry regulations.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records and mitigating potential risks.
- Prioritize financial data security, conducting regular database backups to prevent data loss.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least three years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance.
- Proven skills in budget forecasting, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and effective time-management abilities.
