**Position Overview:**

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Drive the agile development process, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product functionality and usability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing guidance and support throughout the product development process.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Customer Insights and Feedback: Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability studies to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors related to payment gateway services.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
