Job Description

As a Delivery Professional at Mephalti Technologies Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of packages and documents. Your primary responsibility will be to drive company vehicles, navigating through local routes to deliver items to various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages and documents safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including timestamps and recipient information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines at all times, prioritizing road safety and minimizing risks.
  • Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of local routes, allowing for efficient navigation and minimal delays.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Good communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliable and punctual, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Minimum Qualification: SSCE / GCE / NECO, demonstrating a basic level of education and training.
