We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our educational programs and travel services. This is a hybrid role that combines sales strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing to fuel the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue, acquiring new students, and developing marketing strategies that produce measurable results.

You will play a key role in scaling Kaego's programs globally and enhancing the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline channels
  • Optimize conversion rates to maximize customer acquisition
  • Presentation and negotiation with stakeholders across various departments
  • Passion for global education, cultural exchange, and helping people explore the world beyond boundaries

Requirements:

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and growth marketing with a proven track record
  2. Expertise in generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion rates
  3. Familiarity with the travel and global education sectors and industry trends
  4. Effective communication and negotiation skills
  5. Certification in travel consulting or relevant industry certifications is advantageous
