Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive who will be responsible for formulating effective marketing and sales strategies to drive the expansion of our firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for the art of marketing.
The successful candidate will conceive and develop intuitive marketing strategies, organize advertising campaigns, conduct market research, and initiate surveys to assess customer requirements. They will also write compelling copy for various marketing materials, maintain relationships with media vendors, and monitor campaign progress using metrics.
A key focus area will be cultivating customer interest in our products and services, strengthening our reputation, and facilitating continuous growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package of 50k plus commission, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic team.
