Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of your work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide support to the Admin Officer in various tasks, including fleet management, meeting scheduling, and organizing office events.
    • Support general office administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, organizing office files, and responding to inquiries.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management
    • Maintain accurate records of office supplies, stationery, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials.
    • Place orders as required to maintain stock levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
    • C coordinate with vendors to handle invoices and maintain records of purchases and deliveries.
  • Clerical and Document Support
    • Prepare office documents, filing, and organizing physical and digital records.
    • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and data entry as needed to support administrative activities.
  • Visitor and Vendor Coordination
    • Greet visitors, vendors, and clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Running Errands
    • Run necessary office errands, including collecting and delivering documents, handling bank deposits, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
