About the Role:

The Director of Sales is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, revenue expansion, and business development at WAJESMART SOLUTIONS LTD. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
  2. Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, setting clear performance goals, monitoring individual and team progress, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  3. Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  4. Optimize Sales Processes: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, developing pricing strategies to ensure profitability and streamlining sales processes to enhance productivity.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, such as Marketing or Finance.
