Salary
Negotiable salary range: ₦3,500,000 - ₦5,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Director to lead our finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior management team members. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies, managing cash flow, and overseeing internal control procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives;
  • Provide financial guidance to the CEO and senior management team members;
  • Manage cash flow and optimize liquidity;
  • Oversee internal control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare statutory annual financial statements in compliance with FIRS and the Companies Act;
  • Maintain relationships with bankers, investment managers, pension advisers, and auditors;
  • Stay abreast of financial developments relevant to the manufacturing sector;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a medium-sized manufacturing and sales business environment. Significant managerial experience and expertise in public audit/accounting environments are considered added advantages.
